Individual Therapy for Adults

Providing individualized, attentive care to clients in NJ and FL
I help anxious high-performers, adults with ADHD, and those raised by emotionally immature parents
gain skills, quiet the mental noise, strengthen boundaries,
and feel more emotionally steady in their daily lives.
1.
Therapy for Anxiety
Do anxious thoughts seem to take over, even when you’re trying your best to stay present? You might notice worry creeping in at unexpected moments, or find it hard to relax no matter what you do. Over time, this can leave you feeling exhausted or discouraged.
You’re not alone in feeling this way.
Find out how therapy can help you break the cycle of anxiety, build confidence, and find practical ways to regain a sense of peace and control in your daily life.
2.
Therapy for
Professionals
Are you finding it harder to keep up with the demands of work, and stress is beginning to spill over into your evenings and weekends. Even when you try to unwind, your mind might still be racing with work tasks or worries about what’s next. It’s easy to feel stretched thin and like you’re constantly juggling responsibilities without a real break.
Over time, this overwhelm can drain your motivation, make it tough to stay engaged at work, and leave you feeling disconnected from life outside your job. You might notice it’s harder to show up for loved ones or enjoy the things that matter most to you.
You don’t have to navigate this alone. Find out how therapy can help you manage workplace stress, set healthier boundaries, and build a more sustainable balance so you can feel more present, fulfilled, and resilient both at work and at home.
3.
Adult ADHD
Many adults with ADHD are capable, intelligent, and driven, but it can still feel like you’re always working overtime just to keep up.
You may set clear goals and genuinely want to follow through, but focusing, staying organized, or completing tasks can still be a challenge. Responsibilities can stack up, your mind races between priorities, and by day’s end, you might feel frustrated or overly self-critical.
ADHD can also take a toll on relationships. Maybe you find yourself repeating the same conversations with your partner, feeling misunderstood, or worrying that you’ve let someone down—again.
You don’t have to figure this out on your own. Find out how therapy can help.
4.
Therapy for Adults with Emotionally Unavailable or Immature Parents
Do you find yourself weighed down by guilt? Do you view yourself as a people-pleaser, always striving to meet others’ needs or keep the peace, even if it means putting your own well-being last? You might feel like you’re still playing the role of the caretaker or parent in the relationship even as now as an adult.
Setting boundaries can feel confusing, selfish, and even unsafe, and the thought of saying no may spark anxiety or self-doubt.
These patterns often have deep roots, but you don’t have to keep repeating them. Find out how therapy can help you understand where these tendencies come from, learn to set healthy and compassionate boundaries, and create relationships that feel more balanced, respectful, and emotionally safe.
My Approach
I’ve been providing therapy for adults for over 15 years. My goal is to make therapy feel steady and genuine. Here, you don’t have to put on a front or try to impress anyone. You can simply be yourself.
I want to understand what matters most to you and make sure our goals fit your values. Many people who come to me feel emotionally drained, stretched thin in their relationships, overwhelmed by expectations, or stuck in patterns they want to change. Some are dealing with family or relationship stress, ADHD, pregnancy, new parenthood, or big life changes that have shifted how they see themselves. Some want to step away from painful relationships, while others hope to stay connected but with better boundaries and less guilt. There’s no single right answer. My role is to help you figure out what feels healthy and sustainable for you.
Our sessions are both thoughtful and practical. We’ll explore how your past experiences shape your emotions and relationships. At the same time, we’ll work on real skills like setting boundaries, communicating clearly, managing emotions, and building self-compassion that feels real. Over time, I hope you’ll feel more grounded, more confident in your choices, and more like yourself.
